Yes!!

I didn't want to blog about it after the first night... For fear of jinxing it... Or the second night... Same reason... BUT I think I can blog about it after night 3... Of Harrison sleeping through the night!! Yes!!

The last three nights we have put Harrison to bed at 9pm- very full/very tired, but not already asleep (like we had been). It takes a bit to get him to buy into the fact that its officially bedtime and the day is over, but in a few minutes, he is able to drift off to dreamland with his pacifier. He has woken up atound 4am each night, but only needs me to help him with his pacifier real quick and he is asleep again. Then he wakes up happy and ready to take on the day at 7:30/8am. Awesome!

Can't wait to see how he does for his Mimi tonight! (She is babysitting OVERNIGHT so me and Scott can go celebrate our anniversary in Atlanta (Stone Mountain Marriot and Park))! Fingers crossed for ya Mimi! ;-) xoxo

Just playing up in his room with his police car and fire truck today! So cute...

Today's agenda...

Wake, play with my rat, eat some pears, sing a few songs (still love "take me out to the ballgame", but mommy also sings a few other hillarious songs: "hot crossed buns" and "woop there it is!" are at the top the list currently). Then, nap in my swing (while holding my rat of course. After that, probably some more eating, playing, napping, and maybe even a jump or two in the Johnny Jump Up thing. Have I mentioned how much I love my rat?!

Sage's 2nd Anniversary!

It's our 2nd anniversary today and I must brag on my hubby for a minute... He always makes birthdays and anniversaries extra special and I am lucky to have such a sweet husband. See below to see what he did for me before heading off to work this morning...

Happy Anniversary Scott! Love you very much! Xoxo

"Bumkin"

Here is our craft we did yesterday! Thanks Aunt Janice and Uncle Gil for the idea! Such a cute "bum" Mr Harrison has! :-) He is a trooper to say the least! Lol!

5 months!

Harrison turned 5 months today! We celebrated by doing a messy craft project (I'll show the completed project tomorrow!), and putting on his new pjs (size 9 months!) after his bath. I just love his silly personality and am so thankful for the giggles and smiles we share every day. He loves when I sing to him and so we have been having fun with some Disney songs ("The Bear Necessities" and Peter Pan's "You can Fly" especially!) I think he is going to have a lot to say when he finally talks based on all of his baby babble lately!

I don't think it will be long before he will be crawling... The last few days he has figured out how to get up on his knees and rock back and forth! For now, he ends up scooting backwards which is pretty cute.

His 5 month "photo shoot" with me was more challenging than previous months... He wants to play with his feet and/or put his hands in his mouth a lot lately as you can tell from my pics below!

Ps- he weighed in at 19 lbs 12 oz! My "little guy" has gained exactly 13 lbs since birth!

21 weeks

He is hillarious lately! Loves his pacifier (the "plug" as I call it!), loves to roll AND scoot around (yikes!), loves his mobile, and his toys, when I sing to him, and to wiggle around and make it dificult for Mommy to dress him! Lol! He is also SO interested in everything I eat/drink, and what Molly is doing, and and even to the tv when I put it on the BABY channel for a bit in the morning.

Our church, Mommentum CC, held a baby dedication service that we participated in last weekend. I think their were about 28 babies dedicated to the Lord that day! It was a great service and Harrison was so proud that his family filled up an entire row at church that morning ;-)

Heading out to our MOPS meeting now! :-) (So blessed to be a stay at home mom, I'm more exhausted then ever, but I absolutely love it and wouldn't trade it for anything)
